Q: What is your cut-off time for orders from your U.S. warehouse.

A: Orders for parts from our U.S. warehouse received by 3:00 PM CST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day.

Q: Can I use my own UPS/FedEx/DHL or other shipping account to deliver my orders?

A: Yes, that is acceptable; you can make a note in your order or email us at sales@etradesupply.com. You can also contact your account manager to arrange this ahead of time.

Q: If I have regular needs on certain parts, but I require fast delivery, is it possible for ETS to stock parts specially for me in your USA warehouse?

A: Yes, we are more than happy to stock items to support your business. If you have any special needs, please send an email to sales@etradesupply.com or contact your account manager.

Q: While my order is being submitted, how can I tell where the parts in my order will be shipped from?

A: The system will automatically match and show you clearly which parts will be shipped from the USA or HK before you check out. You can also find more details on the "My ETS" page.

Q: Is there an MOQ for US shipping?

A:(1). If all the items you ordered are available from our US warehouse, there will be no MOQ;

(2). If your order is mixed with parts from both our US and HK inventory, there will be an MOQ. Your minimum order value for our USA inventory must exceed $200.
