Reviewed by Dani** LaFrenie**RatingI'm from Canada and have the SGH-i337M model (Telus). This part works exactly as described and was very simple to install. Because it includes the front assembly you don't have to worry about heating up your screen and peeling off the old broken digitizer from your current assembly. You just have to carefully remove the mother board and other parts and simply attach to the new assembly. I would recommend trying the simple and cheap LOCA glue fix with a $10 screen replacement first if your screen is just broken but be warned that this fix is permanent and the glue underneath can crack if you don't use enough. If this happens, it's very difficult to fix the cracking glue and a new digitizer will likely be required.
Very happy with this replacement and I received the part within 2 days of ordering. Screen seems to have a very slight green tinge (nearly unnoticeable) but it doesn't bother me. (Posted on 08/29/23)They say it's OEM but I can tell the difference between the original and replacement screen. Glass is not the same as the original and the home button has a noticeable gap. When the capacitive button lights are off, you can clearly see the inside of the motherboard.
Everything works perfectly and the screen has no tint or discoloration or any issues with the touchscreen. I'm just disappointed that I spent over $120 CAD + customs fees and would sadly not recommend purchasing from here.
