Screen had light bleed. However, after a quick email, etradesupply fixed the problem immediately. I am very impressed with the service provided.

After installing the new assembly and screen, I was disappointed to find several significant problems.
First, there is significant backlight bleeding, and not from the edge of the screen where it would be less noticeable, but from 2 large spots (top center and top left).
Second, there is a dark patch where the back lighting doesn't seem to penetrate in the lower right portion.
These issues are so noticeable that I haven't even bothered looking for dead pixles.
I have initiated an RMA and hope the next screen is of better quality.

I ordered and installed this screen 18 months ago.
Immediately upon installing it, there were quality issues. The screen had three places with light bleed or clouding, and the RMA process required that I send them the screen so they could test it before they would send me a replacement. That would mean no phone for a minimum of what, 2 weeks?
They offered to send me a new screen for $30, saying I could keep the broken one so we don't have to deal with shipping, but the screen only costs $60, and it was S+ grade, so should have had no problems! I offered to pay the $30 to get the screen shipped, with the condition that I would send their broken screen back, and when they confirmed that it was broken I wanted my $30 refunded. They declined.
I decided I could live with an imperfect screen rather than give these guys more money. Fast forward 90 days and the bleeding and clouding were getting worse, so I asked, STILL IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, if they would honor the offer to send me a new screen for $30. Nope, too late, now I can only have a 40% refund.
Since then roughly a year has passed, and the screen has now lost touch response along the bottom 10% of the screen, directly in line with were the worse clouding was happening. This means I can no longer use the bottom row of my keyboard.
So, as I now begin looking for a vendor to buy a screen from, all I can say is that I do not recommend dealing with Etradesupply unless you are ready to get jerked around. You may get lucky, like the 5-star review above, but their S+ quality grade is meaningless, and they do not stand by their products. Buyer beware.

Anyway, we feel sorry about your shopping experience, ETrade Supply willing to refund or exchange items within warranty day and hope each customer can cooperate when has an open RMA.
After checking, you placed an order on 11/9/2016 and opened a RMA on Dec,2016.
After negotiated with you, our RMA team provided 2 solutions to you,
Solution 1, you return back the item first and we test, if it's our quality issues, we will ship a new replacement and refund the return shipping fee to you.
Solution 2, You do not need return back the item, pay$30, we will ship a new replacement to you.
At begin, you choose solution 1. But we almost waiting 4 months for you return back the item, there is no updates till April, 2017. Items almost used 5 months from order date, you change your mind that you want choose solution 2.
Usually, one open RMA should be solved within 15 days. Or the RMA will be canceled. But almost 4 months longer to let you return back the item. Considering this, our RMA team make a special to apply partial refund in your case at that time.
