LG Tab-Book Z160is a Hybrid Tablet, which is to say that it has both tablet and laptop modes. Quite how you manage that varies from vendor to vendor, and in LG's case it's opted for a latch on the side that neatly slides the tablet open to reveal the keyboard underneath. It's quite a good mechanism for both revealing the keyboard when you're showing off, and also for simply getting to work. Sadly, the same isn't true of the reverse procedure, which involves physically pushing the screen down into place. It's not the physical effort here that's the problem; it's the fact that all too often it doesn't click into place, meaning you've got to stuff around pushing it down to get it to hold in place.
