Probably! Although Samsung has not introduced this phone to the world officially, the company’s website has unveiled the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, codenamed GT-I9195. It is reported that this was an accident made by someone who is in charge of the website’s content. The specifications of Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini were included in the leak. They report a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 540 x 960 on the Galaxy S4 Mini. The pixel density is said to be 256 ppi, which is quite far away from the Galaxy S4’s 441 ppi. The S4 Mini is going to be equipped with a Dual-core 1.6 GHz Samsung Exynos 5210 processor. An 8MP camera and Android 4.2.2 are expected to be installed while 32GB internal storage is also said to be available. At the time of this writing, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini has been taken down from the official website. However, Samsung is expected to release this device before the end of May. Source: Phonearena

Seriously an amazing phone. My only complain before with the S4 was that it was too big. This resolves my problem.
