Samsung Galaxy Note III to Come with Four Models

According to a site called ETNews, the Galaxy Note III will hit the shelves with four different models, each with different specifications. Although no people know the name of the smartphone, the best model will be made of “high-quality materials” and will be a limited edition. It will be equipped with a 13MP camera and a shatterproof AMOLED display as well. The second model will use the plastic body, a 13MP camera and a normal AMOLED screen. The third version will consist of a 13MP camera and an LCD display. The last model will be equipped with an 8MP camera with an LCD screen. However, it’s rumored that internal hardware such as the processor, RAM, are the same as the previous generation. It’s speculated that the Galaxy Note III will feature a huge 5.7 inches display and probably a Samsung Exynos 5 Octa chip or a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. We may also see a whopping 3GB of RAM in the new device, but this information has not been confirmed.
