Sony Working on Xperia Honami Mini with Snapdragon 800 Processor

In the past two months there have been a lot of rumors surrounding Sony's latest flagship smartphone, the Xperia i1 aka Honami, which is planned to be released in September 4. Now a speculation has alleged that the Japanese company might be planning its mini version.

Newest information about the Honami Mini appeared on the Esato forum. As per the post, the Xperia Honami seems to be equipped with a 4.3 inches Triluminos 720p display. It is reported that Xperia Honami will be powered by a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Processor, similar to the speculated processor inside the Xperia Honami. It will allegedly feature 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 1/2.3" 20.7MP sensor with F/2.0 Sony G lens. There will be a 2400mAh battery and support for microSD card. What else, the Xperia Honami mini will feature the 20.7-megapixel camera. Sony is said to announce the Honami official on September 4 at the IFA 2013 tradeshow in Berlin, and might call it Xperia i1. But unfortunately, Sony Honami Mini will come to the market "only by December or January next year". Much more details of Honami mini will be revealed once the smartphone is officially released.
