Description:This is is a video about how to take apart the Motorola Milestone/Droid A855 into digitizer, LCD screen, battery and housing.
Steps:
1. Remove the battery door and battery of Motorola Milestone/Droid A855.
2. Remove the camera glass lens, side rail, mesh cover of Motorola Milestone/Droid A855.
3. Remove the D side housing, loud speaker, motherboard, camera, power, volume button and C side housing of Motorola Milestone/Droid A855 in sequence.
4. Remove the Motorola Milestone/Droid A855 LCD screen.
