I work in a small phone shop. One day I went to the Asus Service Center to get my laptop logic board fixed. When I was waiting in the line, I saw a lady customer yelling at an Asus employee without even listening to what the girl explained. Anyway, I decided to help the poor girl out since I had been in that same situation. So I walked up to the customer and said I couldn't help but overhear the conversation. I told the lady to please calm down since she was scaring the surrounding customers. I also explained that technology is not 100% perfect and stuff tends to break, which is why they come with warranty. I explained a bit on how it works and finally got her to calm down. She agreed to get the laptop serviced. And the girl thanked me. When it’s my turn the girl took me in. I explained my problem and turned in my laptop.
