Western Union/Bank Transfer fee

You will have to pay a transfer fee when money is sent to ETrade Supply by Western Union or Bank Transfer.

If you pay by bank transfer, please ask your bank to provide clear details about fees so you can account for this fee when you pay for your order. For example, if you are paying for an Etrade Supply order of $500, and the bank charges $20 to transfer, please submit for the transfer of $520. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives to us (in this example) will only be $480 and we won't be able to send your full order.

ETrade Supply pays for any bank currency conversion fees within HSBC. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.

If you pay by Western Union, you need to go to a Western Union branch. Please also ask them to provide you with clear details so you can account for the transfer fee. Please submit the amount including the transfer fee in order to receive your order.
