After checked with your order#100143577 ,the sony z3 compact adhesive you bought is R grade, even though R grade means A grade complaint, but made different raw materials.
If any defective product you bought from ETS can be returned back within 180 days from original purchasing date. Would you pls open a WEA process first and then our colleague will help you to solve your problem.
