iPad Mini Rumored to Be Wi-Fi Only

The upcoming Apple’s iPad Mini is reported to be Wi-Fi only in order to keep the price competitive.   The Guardian was told that the announcement of iPad Mini is “imminent”, which was supposed to be on Oct. 17^th with 7.85-inch screen, redesigned speaker grill, lightening connector, etc.   According to Wall Street Journal, it is said that Apple has placed an order of 10 million units of iPad Mini in Asia, and the production of the device has already started.
