How to clean iPhone 6, 6S, 7, 8 RAM?

1. Press and hold the Side button.

2. Release the Side button when you see the slide to power off appears on the screen.

How to clean iPhone X RAM?

Not the same as the previous iPhones, the iPhone X has removed the Home button from the screen. So we can’t use the method above to clean iPhone X RAM. But we can use the AssistiveTouch to instead of the Home button. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch to enable the AssistiveTouch. 1. Quick press and release the Volume up and down buttons, press and hold the Side button.

2. Release the Side button when you see the slide to power off appears on the screen.

3. Tap the AssistiveTouch then hold the Home until you see the flash screen.

The step 1 and 2 also can be replaced by another way, go to Settings > General > Shut Down then you can see the slide to power off appears on the screen.
