(Posted on 07/23/18)It was my first experience with EtradeSupply and i must say i really loved their service... I ordered this product and requested EtradeSupply to ship the product via DHL courier service... Btw the customer service of EtradeSupply is amazing and very helpful... They help the user in a nice and friendly manner unlike other services... Anyway when i received the product i had to pay $13.76 or Rs.945.66 (indian currency) as custom fee to the DHL delivery guy...I wasn't furious at all as i knew i had to bear custom fees as EtradeSupply has clearly mentioned in it's FAQ/Knowledge Base that the buyer has to pay the fee levied by customs.. When i opened the package, there was this properly packed box with barcode and my name written on it.. I opened the box and i must say EtrdaeSupply does really pack their product in a nice manner... There were almost 2 separate bubblewraps and 1 foam before i could get to the real product... EtradeSupply has taken quite some steps to protect your product... Now i could see the housing and it was wrapped in transparent sheet like folder... I opened the seal and when i looked at the housing, i was quite amazed! The quality of housing was really really amazing, i guess their Grade S+ thing is real unlike other websites who just mention it's OEM... I checked the product from front and back and was satisfied with the product... There was this symbol with ETS written inside the housing and i guess it is stamped when your product is going under Quality Control Test before shipping... I am really satisfied with EtradeSupply and it's product.. Finally after like 5 orders from AliExpress as well as Ebay i got this housing from EtradeSupply... All the other services failed to deliver the product... EtrdaeSupply you just earned yourself a loyal customer ;) Will surely buy more products from ETradeSupply... And yeah one more thing, please add more products in Moto Z Play section... It is missing camera, battery and other spare parts... Other than that i am fully satisfied...
