Was very satisfied, but then some issues showed up...

I purchased the S$ replacement LCD and housing combo.  I was very pleased with the quality of the piece; as I still am.  The issue is that I would intermittently receive a n error message stating "SIM card removed, blah blah, blah"; then I was left with the only option to reboot.  This did not occur often and I blamed it on my SIM since it had been in service in my phone for maybe 3 yrs or so.  Fast-forward almost 3 months and the issue has gradually increased to point that I am forced to reboot approx. 10 times an hour; maybe 5 on a good day.  I have since tried new sim cards, but nothing is working.  Several solutions online point to the solder points attacking the SIM tray to the motherboard as being weak or otherwise faulty.


So my biggest issue is how in the heck do I get a refund and be without my phone that I conduct business on for God knows how long till it is looked over and not even sure if it is approved or not. Being an interaqnl failure, I believe that one should be sent out to me.  That is how you back a quality guarantee; not by making the customer go without a product that has gone bad due to factors beyond their control, and possibly related to faulty parts.  This is insane that I am going to have to go without my device; missing important calls for estimates when I did nothing wrong other than choosing Etradesupply to purchase the product from.
