Absolutely Terrible

Ordered parts through here for a while with no issues.  The past 4 items ( all the same item ) have been defective and one of them was shipped over a month late after paying for 2 day shipping.  To submit an RMA for defective items you are required to attach pictures of said item to the RMA form.  The only response I've gotten was asking for me to send pictures ( the ones already attached to the RMA form ) in because they didn't receive them.  Let me say again YOU HAVE TO ATTACH PICTURES TO SUBMIT AN RMA!!  Tried doing a "live chat" to get some answers and was "connected" with a tech but never saw a response even after leaving the chat open and waiting for over an hour.  I'd be wiling to bet that they also deny 99% of RMA's because why take back broken shit that they most likely knew was faulty in the first place, they do claim to test everything before it's shipped.  Within the span of a month and a few orders I went from being very satisfied with this company and their service/products to considering them the 2nd worst I've come across as far as customer service if you have issues with products.  Needless to say I've taken my business elsewhere and advise that you do the same before you're out a few hundred dollars on faulty parts like I am.

  • Amen!!!  I am dealing with a faulty LCD replacement.  I would say that my phone has the 'SIM removed' error at least 10 times within an hour, and it last throughout the day.  I use this phone for work purposes and I cannot simply take it apart just to send them a part that is faulty (their fault), and wait god knows how long to receive a new one, even if they approve it.  Some quality guarantee there.  Last time I will do business here.  EBay has always done me good.  Good luck with your ETS hell.
