It happened just days ago, I found there’s something wrong with my Note 3 “earphone jack”. When I inserted the earphone, I couldn’t hear anything whether I was listening to the music or watching a video. However, when I removed the earphone, the loudspeaker works as normal. I can still hear calls, play music. Well, then I bought a new earphone, nothing better. I thought there’re might be something wrong with the earphone jack, so I took my phone to a repair shop nearby. After I explained the problem to the repair man and asked how much to repair the earphone jack. The man did not say anything but checked my phone. Only a few seconds later, the man handed the phone back to me and said: “ma’am, remember to turn on the earphone volume button next time!” I was so embarrassed to say thank you and left the repair shop.
