I have two really tough experiences.. The first one was a friend teenage daughter had an Iphone 5 which back camera was not working. Her mom bring me the phone so I could check it out. But as soon as I removed the small pentalobe screws and place the suction cup to try and separate the screen from the shell the screen cracked. I barely applied any pressure to it. You see that Iphone was mishandled way too many times and the screen was just one fall shy to break to pieces, but it was smart enough to wait until I got my hands on it to give away.. Gladly I've been dealing with Etrade Supply got the screen and camera and before the knew her Iphone was working as intended and looking quite new in the process. I also quit on the suction cups that day.

The second one involved a pregnant young woman and her galaxy s3.. In my country you try to concede a pregnant woman wishes aaaand she wanted a miracle of it. She drived her car on her cellphone. Amazingly only the screen, battery door and battery itself were broken. Managed to get all parts for it from Etrade. But the 5 days waiting for parts to arrived were annoyingly long.. She came or call every single day, to see if the phone was ready! When finally gave back the phone she was so happy she swore she'd name her baby second name after me!! 0.o.. In both cases Etrade was part of the solution.. Thank You!!
