I have changed the screen but after installation, the screen is not running.

I followed youtube video Sony Xperia Z3 Plus Reassembly / Put Back https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SggvOHCz4o.

Does anyone what could be wrong?

All parts look like they are undamaged.
