Where should I return to ?

North and South America customers can return products to our US warehouse. Customers from other countries will have to send the products to our HK warehouse in China.

Products with quality issues.

Quality issues of our products is guaranteed for 180 days since the order been received. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, an exchange or new components to replace the defective unit can be offered, a refund can also be requested.

The products are fine, but I’ve changed my mind.

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned with the approval of Customer Service. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees, restocking fee may also be charged after we have received and tested the product.

Refund:

At ETS we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. In the rare case that wrong products or problematic products being shipped and received, we will be happy to perform an exchange or refund (we will be responsible for shipping) at the customer’s request.

But we are unable to issue returns for products that have been incorrectly ordered, or if the customer decides that they do not want the product anymore. For any other special cases please contact us at service@etradesupply.com.
