The LCD of this product is sharp version, we also supply the Sony Version LCD Screen. Please note that both of the sharp version and sony version LCD Screen function the same way.
This One X+ LCD Assembly is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2.
How to Install / Tips:
The flex cable is very sensitive and is easily damaged. Handle carefully.
Special tooling is required for disassembling or reassembling the HTC One X+ LCD and Digitizer Touch Screen Assembly.
The installation of any new part should be done by a qualified person. ETS is not responsible for any damage caused during installation.

(Posted on 08/29/16)I have to seriously doubt that this replacement screen is an original, corning glass screen. Removing the old screen, with much prying with a tool, did not cause the original glass screen any damage beyond a small scratch to the inside paint. I installed the new screen, tested it (and it worked) and while mounting the frame back in the enclosure the glass broke over the home key. Considering how little pressure is required, and you see why I draw the conclusion. This is NOT OEM glass.

In your case, could you please open a RMA process on our website first? Then please provide some clear photos of the item received from us;
Our RMA team will investigate the screen broken reason( press or other quality reason), after confirmation, if it's our quality problem, the further solution will be provided to you.
