1. Remove the 2 screws with the help of Pentalobe Screwdriver
2. Use sucking tool to lift up the iPhone 5 digitizer and LCD assembly, carefully pull it up. 3. Lift the iPhone 5 home button connector 4. Undo the 3 Phillips screws 5. Lift the iPhone 5 loud speaker away from the case 6. Remove the metal cap of loudspeaker 7. Peel off the black tape then transfer them to your new loud speaker 8. Put back the new loud speaker to the phone 9. Install these 3 screws 10. Reconnect the home button connector 11.
