Cellphone Black Screen Guideline – The Whys and Hows

While using the phone you often encounter errors, the screen going black is one, why does the phone suddenly go black? How can we effectively solve this kind of problem? Let’s see different solutions below.

1. Related with the battery, two possible reasons & solutions:

A. Poor contact of the battery. For example, your phone turns black when you shake your phone, but when you press the power button, your phone can still be turned on. Solution: the gap between the copper contacts are too wide, use tweezers to tight them up.

B. Unqualified battery. If the battery you are using is a cheap fake one, it could damage your phone and cause black screen. If your phone is suffering from black screen quite often, it is better to change a brand new battery.

2. Caused by software conflict

Many people may have experienced this: when you installed too much software at the same time, acted too fast while using an app on the phone or switched between soft wares, you phone went black.

First, you can turn off the phone and take out the battery and SIM card. Then re-install the SIM card and battery and turn on the phone. If this does not help, then you need to do a hard reset.

3. Related with the system

The black screen may also be caused by operating system, so flash your ROM may solve it. If you don't know how to do that, ask your friend or someone who knows how to do it instead of going to repair shop and pay for it.
