I received a used Battery replacement and broken...
have contacted them 4 times via mail and no answer.

After checking, our customer service replied each email from you. RMA should be opened at our first email required, but no RMA opened on your account till now.
In the last email, some clear photos are required to show the keyboard issues, then we can refund to you, but there is no response.
Maybe the emails were in spam email. Please double check.
In your case, please send photos of the keyboard to service@etradesupply.com, then we will issue the refund to you.
