Notice: The iPhone 6 Plus Home Button replacement can support all the basic functions except for unlocking the iPhone with fingerprint.As Apple has already stated that fingerprint data is stored on the A8 chip in a Secure Enclave that is only accessible by the sensor itself, the Touch ID sensor is tied to the unique logic board inside each iPhone. If you break the original Touch ID sensor then that iPhone 6 Plus will not have Touch ID function any longer.

(Posted on 10/03/15)My home button was barely working so I bought this part to fix it. The part arrived quickly and the installation went well. Though fingerprint reader could not work after replacement, I had no complaints as been advised previously, .
