Hi, my experience is fare. Very good service, but quite poor QC. Item was not functioning good, so I waste time and have to Wait for the partial refund as shipping cost higher amount the item price. Overall, issue was resolved satisfactory.

All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a replacement within 180 days from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover physically damaged merchandise. All warranty replacements are required to have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
