Depending on your location and the products you order we will use the most efficient carrier to deal with your local customs and regulations to unsure the fastest possible delivery typically 5-7 business days. Certain countries and remote locations may take more time for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
For anyone registered with ETS, you can conveniently track your orders progress from the time it is ordered to the time it is delivered and signed for simply by looking at your order’s status on our 7 step order bar in your account page.
We require that customers fill out and submit a WEA request-Warranty Exchange Authorization request (please read our WEA Process here) within 30 days of receipt of product. All WEA requests received after 30 days of receipt by the customer will be denied.
