(Posted on 09/14/17)Looked like a quality product when I received it, but after installation the display refused to light up. The touchscreen registers gestures and the hardware buttons on the screen face also work, just the LCD doesn't light up. Unfortunately I can't exchange for another of the same because I damaged the glass when I tried to take it out to troubleshoot the problem.

Could you please check whether the lcd flex cable are connected well to the motherboard?
