The LG Ally VS740 is the first capacitive touch screen phone co-manufactured by LG and Verizon. It is considered as a flagship product that reinvigorates LG’s business.

The LG Ally VS740 front housing with digitizer looks dark black and features a metal texture. Just as its name revealed, it includes a front housing and a digitizer touch screen. There are two logos printed on the VS740 digitizer touch screen. The Verizon logo is located at the top position while the LG logo is at the bottom part of the touch screen.

Compared to the LG VX11000，VX1000, and VX9700 which are popular in the market, the LG Ally VS740 front housing with digitizer is shaped more like a part of a prevailing PDA phone.

The VS740 digitizer flex cable ribbon is designed at the left side of the touch screen. On the ribbon, there are an IC and three resistors as well as a buckle on the top.
