Do not buy this unless you have really good skills and tools. Prefer the assembly screen http://www.etradesupply.com/oem-htc-sensation-xl-lcd-screen-and-digitizer-assembly-with-lcd-chassis-plate.html ; it should be a lot easier and I have to bought it, I completely destroyed my screen. Also be careful with the antenna cables : they are fragile.
