(Posted on 07/25/13)Works perfectly. What they fail to mention is that this does not come with the speaker (placed where you can see the light patch in the top grill, top photo). Make sure you lever it out of the old housing after heating with a hair dryer or something to loosen the adhesive and stick it in, mine works perfectly, or else order a new speaker.
Using this assembly saves you the hassle of splitting up the lcd, the digitizer and the front housing, all of which are held together with adhesive and a far more risky operation than replacing the whole front unit at only about 2 or 3 times the price of the digitizer or lcd on their own.
