(Posted on 12/21/15)So i cracked my screen. Purchased this order and the package arrived. 5 STARS for delivery process and delivery.
Installed the screen without any issues. However, after the installation was complete. I powered on the phone and all looked good, BUT the top portion of the screen is non-responsive to touch entries. Therefore, some options aren't available such as the Notification Menu. 2 STARS for defective product.
I verified by rotating the phone to Landscape mode and the drop menu work,s but not in portrait mode. Also it is preventing me from changing my camera options. Other than that the product looks and feels good, almost as if it was new out of the box, EXCEPT for the dead portion on top.
HOPEFULLY etradesupply can assist me with this issue. I am NOT 100% satisfied with my purchase...
