Nokia Said Ecosystem Would Be Stimulated By Microsoft Surface Phone

Nokia’s CEO Stephen Elop told media that he didn't worry about Microsoft making Windows Phone 8 hardware by itself. As a matter of fact, Elop confirms that Nokia persuades all other companies, including its rivals, to produce Windows Phone devices, and that the ecosystem would be stimulated by Microsoft Surface Phone.

Although Microsoft has planned to make any phone hardware, it is said that Redmond will go into the smartphone hardware market. An investor suggests Elop showed to appreciate the potential of the Surface smartphone, which would keep a brand name with Microsoft’s Surface tablet. The Nokia CEO answered the questions about if the Surface phone would be treated as a rival.

Elop said earlier this month that he had no sign that Microsoft prepare to produce its own hardware. His most recent suggests, however, confirm that Nokia is at least keeping Microsoft’s potential phone. Even so, the Nokia CEO remains firm in his mind that the Lumia Windows Phone such as Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 handsets will keep apart from other offerings. “We’re very proud of the unique differentiation that we are bringing to the Windows Phone platform,” he said. “It’s not the things that is easily duplicated like that.”
